Flashi AI provides AI-powered flash card creation, spaced repetition study tools, progress tracking, and collaborative learning features. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or academic performance.

4 User Responsibilities

As a user of Flashi AI, you are responsible for:

The accuracy and appropriateness of any content you upload or input.
Maintaining the security of your account and personal information.
Respecting the intellectual property rights of others.

5 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Flashi AI — including our logo, branding, app design, algorithms, and proprietary technology — is owned by Flashi AI Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flashi AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.

6 User-Generated Content

When you create or upload content on Flashi AI (such as flash card decks, study notes, or shared materials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You retain ownership of the content you create.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
We are not liable for any content created or shared by users.

7 Prohibited Activities

You must not use Flashi AI to:

Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person.
Harvest or collect user data without authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or systems.
Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.

🚫 Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

8 Free & Premium Plans

Flashi AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free plan users have access to core features with certain limits. Premium plans unlock additional features including unlimited card creation, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no premium features have been used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Flashi AI at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10 Disclaimer & Liability

Flashi AI is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flashi AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

📌 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and notify you via email or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of Flashi AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services.
